Cafébar HEDWIG

At Cafébar Hedwig, history meets contemporary art and sustainable cuisine. The culinary concept emphasizes artisanal quality, regional partners, and carefully selected products. The menu features, among other things, homemade cakes, seasonal dishes, select wines, aperitifs, and coffees specialties. Through events such as the Art Breakfast and Art & Aperitif, the dining experience is also directly linked to the venue’s exhibition program.

The Cafébar thus builds on the history of the former "Minsk" terrace restaurant and continues its legacy as a place of encounter. The striking, rounded bar counter has been returned to its historic location. The design of the foyer and bar was created by the Genoa-based architectural firm Linearama and Valter Scelsi in collaboration with the Hedwig Bollhagen Workshops in Marwitz.
