Program preview 2027

Through a multiplicity of artistic voices, the 2027 exhibition program at DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam connects local cultural history with international perspectives on the history of socialism and contemporary issues. "The program at DAS MINSK is defined by diversity combined with scholarly depth" says director Anna Schneider, looking ahead to the coming year.

"Furthermore, DAS MINSK will provide significant new impulses in the field of public engagement and education. The expansion of the museum space with the opening of the DAS MINSK LAB and the artist-in-residence program creates scope for new modes of engagement, sharpening the profile of DAS MINSK as a space where art, research, and participation converge. This evolution coincides with our fifth anniversary. We will be reflecting on the history of the building while simultaneously asking what role DAS MINSK should play in the future—both in the realm of art and in the critical examination of the cultural history of the GDR," explains Anna Schneider.
