Following the sold-out event this spring, DenkRaumOst once again invites you to DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam. Few places are better suited to this theme than today’s MINSK—once one of the most renowned restaurants in the GDR and a place for socializing, enjoyment, and conversation, it remains a venue that brings together art and cuisine, as well as the past, present, and future.
The panel discussion Art & Culinary Arts in the East invites you to rediscover East German transformation with all your senses: In conversation, painter and author Ulla Walter, Patrick Schwatke from the Michelin-starred restaurant Alte Überfahrt in Werder, and author and journalist Anja Reich-Osang will highlight facets of this transformation and open up new perspectives on the past, present, and future.
Of course, light refreshments will also be provided by Cafébar HEDWIG—after all, talking about food without tasting it would be almost unthinkable in this place.
