A creative workshop will be held on the terrace of DAS MINSK to mark Children’s Day. Under the guidance of experienced art educators, children can experiment with colors, paint, and express themselves creatively.

The paintings Styx I and Styx II by Cornelia Schleime from the current exhibition IN DIALOGUE — Hasso Plattner Collection: Art from the GDR serve as inspiration.

Bright color particles in liquid paint are blurred together by dripping, blotting, and blowing. This creates random, perhaps even mysterious figures that can be drawn on with pen and brush. Pictures from your own imagination become small watercolor works of art as a souvenir of a special day.

This workshop is suitable for children from the age of 5 and offers the opportunity to take part without prior registration or a fixed duration. All materials are provided and participation is free of charge.

Note:

In the event of bad weather, an alternative creative workshop will take place in the foyer of DAS MINSK. 
Children up to the age of 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
