Guided Tours and Workshops for School Classes
Grade level 3-4
On request
Specially developed for school classes, the workshops invite students not only to view works of art, but also to develop new approaches to art and culture through creative activities and joint reflection. The acts of perceiving, creating, and reflecting form the foundation of all the workshops, which intend to accompany the students in their aesthetic and artistic education process.
Experienced art educators guide them through the exhibition, which is individually tailored to the age and curriculum of each group. Afterwards, practical design phases and discussion rounds offer the opportunity to deepen what they have seen and contribute their own perspectives.
The formats are flexible and can be adapted to suit the needs of the class and the subjects being taught.
Individual agreements on topics, methods, and areas of focus can be tailored to suit specific needs.
For school classes DAS MINSK opens at 9 AM on weekdays (except Tuesdays)!
Collecting and Collaging
In this workshop, students immerse themselves in the world of patterns and discover the tiles and surfaces of our building. Inspired by these shapes and colors, they collect ideas for their own designs.
The students then design individual patterns. Collages are created with various scraps of paper—from smooth and textured paper to bright colors or muted tones. Students can arrange, layer, and combine the scraps as they choose to create their own compositions, which can be worked on alone or in small groups.
Afterwards, the students reflect on their own works together and learn more about their artistic skills.
