Hendrik Bolz and Christian Thoelke both deal with the contradictory landscapes of the post-reunification period: while Christian Thoelke captures graffiti and vacancy in a picturesque manner, Hendrik Bolz writes and raps about his own youth in Stralsund, which was marked by a lot of violence. What did and does it look like in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, and Berlin? A conversation about individual experiences in the ruins and blooming landscapes of the post-reunification period, about the painted, the written and the rapped.
